Ben’s career has been dedicated to football development and player management. With 10+ years of experience, strong network across academies, clubs, and ownership groups, he provides expert guidance on player growth and career progression. His passion for spotting talent and aligning players with the right opportunities is central to SMG’s success. Ben has executed several transfers from North America to Europe, UK and Mexico and from Europe, UK, South America to the MLS.
